**FALL 2024 Notices**

Financial Aid Bookstore Credit begins July 31st

The last days for Financial Aid Advance are:

8/21/24 - Full Term / Minimester I Online Orders must be received by 12 PM

8/21/24 - Full Term / Minimester I In-Store purchases must be made by 5 PM

Minimester II Financial Aid Advance Begins October 4th

10/16/24 - Minimester II Online Orders must be received by 12 PM

10/16/24 - Minimester II In-Store purchases must be made by 5 PM

The last day for a refund or exchange of textbooks during Full Term/Minimester I is 8/21/24 with your paper or email receipt. The Minimester II final date is 10/16/24.

A request to return books or exchange can be made by contacting our Textbook Office (textbooks@georgiasouthern.edu)

Please do not send your textbook via carrier (such as UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail) or drop it off at a pick-up location after the return date without prior approval.
