Activate and Access eBooks
*Disclaimer* - When purchasing digital materials you gain the license to access a digital product for a set duration. Durations are set forth in the product description, with "Lifetime" typically meaning five (5) years of online access and permanent download to a supported device. All licenses are non-transferable. More details can be found here.
To access your course materials, follow these steps:
- Look for an email from ustore@georgiasouthern.edu with the subject "GSU Bookstore Digital Book Order". You should receive two emails.
- After receiving the email (this might take up to 15 minutes), open it and click the link/s provided. This link will take you to either RedShelf or VitalSource, depending on your digital receipt and amount of books.
- Once on RedShelf or VitalSource, log in using your MyGeorgiaSouthern username and password to instantly access your materials.
- Note: If you encounter an "invalid password" message on VitalSource, click on "forgot password".
- You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the link provided in the email to reset your password and gain access.
