Q. Can I buy my textbooks online?
A. Yes, all you need to do is go to GSUSTORE.COM and select textbooks.

Q. How do I know what books I need?
A. All you need to know is the Department, Course, and Section to generate a list of books you will need for class.

Q. Do I need an account to order books online?
A. You do not need an account to order books online. However, you will need to create an online account login profile that will be used by The University Store for processing and shipping information.

Q. How will I get my books after the order has been placed?
A. There are two shipping options for order shipment:
(1) UPS - When this option is selected your order will be shipped UPS ground. Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped Ground UPS no later than the following day. Orders received after 3:00pm Friday thru Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
(2) Pickup - In-store pickup purchases will be held at the customer service desk. A valid picture ID is required at pickup.

Q. What forms of payment will you accept online?
A. We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Q.Can I return textbooks I purchased online?
A. For up to one week from the first day of class, The University Store will give a full refund on textbooks purchased from our store for this semester, provided they are returned in the same condition they were purchased. Do not write your name in the book until you are certain that it is the correct book. Lab books must be complete, work books must not be written in. You must have your receipt. No refunds will be given without a receipt.

Q.Why are used copies listed on your website when they are not available in the store?
A. Our website lists all of the books, new & used, that we carry. However, because inventory is constantly changing, we cannot always guarantee that we will have a particular item, including used copies of textbooks, in stock. Because used textbooks sell quickly, we recommend that you place your order as early as possible if you are interested in purchasing used books. If you are interested in purchasing used textbooks only rather than purchasing new copies when used are not available, please select the "No Substitutions" option when placing your order. This will cancel orders for any used books that are not in stock.
